Equipment Finance

Brisbane Finance Group can assist your business in obtaining finance for vehicles, plant and equipment, trucks and trailers, yellow goods, manufacturing, agricultural and heavy machinery.

We can also fund specialised assets including commercial solar systems, fit-outs, IT and medical equipment.

We have options available for both low doc and full doc loan applications, with streamlined approvals up to $500k without financials.

We also specialise in obtaining master limit approvals, which provide your company with an overall approved limit for you to draw down on whenever you are looking to purchase a new piece of equipment. This reduces application times and gives your business the confidence to plan your purchases across a 12-month period.

Vehicle Finance

We have options available for both low doc and full doc loan applications, with streamlined approvals up to $500k without financials.

Brisbane Finance Group can help you fund or refinance your commercial properties – either owner occupied premises or investment.

We can fund up loan-to-value ratios (LVR) up to 80% for owner-occupied up to $2 million, with reduced LVRs above this amount and competitive loan terms available of up to 30 years (up to $3 million).

We offer simplified applications available up to $2 million, accepting BAS and ATO statements for proof of income or use existing leases for income servicing (no financials required).

Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) Finance

Brisbane Finance Group has a niche in the market as one of the few brokers assisting with SMSF funding. We have lending options available for SMSFs up to 80% LVR, with loan terms up to 30 years.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Finance

Brisbane Finance Group can assist your business in unlocking a long-term or short-term cash flow or working capital solution for your business. We can help your business find an unsecured or secured option from an overdraft to invoice or debtor finance.

Overdraft

An overdraft sits alongside your business banking as a pre-approved limit for you to draw down on to pay for supplies, wages, bills, fuel, fit-outs or other business expenses. The biggest advantage of an overdraft is that you pay interest and repayments only on the balance drawn.

Many businesses are finding that their banks are unwilling to assist with overdrafts without property security and a lengthy application process. We have options available with a streamlined application process that only require six months of bank statements and no property security.

Invoice and Trade Finance

Invoice finance, also known as debtor finance, invoice factoring or accounts receivable financing, is a financial tool used by businesses to improve cash flow by unlocking the value of their outstanding invoices. Instead of waiting for customers to pay their invoices, businesses can provide these invoices to the lender, who advances a percentage of the invoice value to the business upfront, typically around 70-90%, providing immediate cash flow. When the invoice is paid, the business then receives the remaining portion of the invoice, less the lender’s fee.

This product is helpful for businesses with long invoice terms (60-90 days) that need to pay wages, fuel, supplies, and other operating costs to bridge the gap between work completed and invoices paid.

Trade finance is a similar product for businesses purchasing or importing products, helping to optimise cash flow within the supply chain by enabling buyers to extend payment terms to suppliers while offering early payment options at a discount. This benefits both buyers and suppliers by improving working capital efficiency and reducing financing costs.

Insurance Premium (IPF) and Vehicle Registration Funding

IPF & rego funding offer businesses a smart way to manage cash flow. This allows you to preserve your cash reserves while ensuring your policies and registration remain current. This is a great option for vehicle-heavy businesses or large insurance policies. We offer flexible funding options with terms ranging from 3 to 12 months.
